- SMS Consent — when you opt in to receive text messages from us, we record your consent, the opt-in method, and the date and time it was given.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month depending on your activity and subscriptions.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
How to opt in: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through a web form, texting a keyword to our number, or providing your number and consent verbally or in writing during a consultation or intake process.
How to opt out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START.

Supported carriers: Most major U.S. carriers are supported. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
