- Educational courses and programs
- Blog content and downloadable resources
- Supplement and product recommendations (purchased through our affiliated third-party store, Get Healthy Store)
- Functional Lab Decoder and related educational tools
- Any other products or services we offer now or in the future
By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All information provided through our consultations, courses, blog, tools, and other services is for educational purposes only.

4. Lab Decoder and Educational Tools (Educational Use Only)
We offer educational tools, including our Functional Lab Decoder, to help you better understand wellness patterns. These tools are for education and wellness support only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Accuracy and user input. You are responsible for entering lab values accurately, including units and reference ranges as shown on your lab report. Tool results depend on what you enter. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect entries, unit differences, incomplete labs, or third-party lab reporting variations.
Functional ranges. These tools may use commonly taught functional reference ranges, which can differ from your lab’s standard ranges. Functional ranges are educational and do not diagnose conditions.
No guarantees. We do not guarantee that any tool output will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for your specific situation, and we make no guarantees of outcomes.
Assumption of risk. You assume full responsibility for how you use tool outputs and for any decisions you make based on them.
5. Purchases and Product Sales
Supplement and product recommendations made through Holistic Health Route are fulfilled through Get Healthy Store (shop.holistichealthroute.com), an independently operated third-party platform. When you purchase products through that store, your transaction is subject to Get Healthy Store’s own terms of use, privacy policy, and policies, not solely these Terms.
We are not responsible for product fulfillment, shipping, or billing issues that occur through Get Healthy Store. Please contact Get Healthy Store directly for any order-related questions.
Direct services. Consultations and session bookings made directly through Holistic Health Route (e.g., via Practice Better) are handled by us and are subject to these Terms and our Service Agreement.
Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment for direct services must be made in full at the time of booking.
Product recommendation disclosure. Our content and tools may recommend products sold through Get Healthy Store. We may earn revenue from your purchases through that platform.
6. Refund Policy
Products purchased through Get Healthy Store: Refund and return requests for supplements and physical products are handled directly by Get Healthy Store under their return policy. We do not process product refunds on their behalf.
Digital products and courses: No refunds are offered on digital products, courses, or downloadable resources purchased directly through us.
Consultations and sessions: No refunds are offered on completed consultations. Individual exceptions may be offered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and will be processed to the original payment method.
7. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number to Living with Elevation LLC d/b/a Holistic Health Route, you consent to receive text messages including workshop reminders, appointment notifications, and promotional messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
