1. Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Medical Disclaimer
All information provided through our consultations, courses, blog, store, tools, calculators, and other services is for educational purposes only.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.

4. Lab Calculator / Checker Tools (Educational Use Only)
We may offer calculators, checkers, reports, and protocol outputs (including functional range tools) to help you better understand wellness patterns. These tools are for education and wellness support only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Accuracy & user input. You are responsible for entering lab values accurately (including units and reference ranges as shown on your lab report). Tool results depend on what you enter. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect entries, unit differences, incomplete labs, misunderstood lab formatting, or third-party lab reporting variations.
Functional ranges. These tools may use commonly taught functional reference ranges, which can differ from your lab’s standard ranges. Functional ranges are educational and do not diagnose conditions.
No guarantees. We do not guarantee that any tool output will be complete, accurate, or appropriate for your specific situation, and we make no guarantees of outcomes.
Assumption of risk. You assume full responsibility for how you use the tool outputs and for any decisions you make based on them.
5. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

No refunds are offered on digital products, courses, downloadable resources, or consultations.
Physical product returns may be accepted only in cases of defect or order error, at our discretion.
Individual service refund exceptions may be offered on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

Not upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or spam.

You grant us permission to use the information you submit to provide tool outputs, improve our services, and communicate with you, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
